we are going to be married recently in India. I have a temporary residence permit (Visa D) whereas, my would be will be coming with a tourist visa immediately after the marriage ceremony. Can we apply for the spouse visa from here in Brussels ? If yes, what documents will be required . I know we need a marriage certificate , but can be apostle that from here, as we will not be having time to get it done in India ?
What could be the best way out so that we do not lose much time ?
