Hello guys, I'm from Ghana. My question is my friend jux came to Italy n she wan 2 go back to Ghana bcos of an urgent matter. She has applied for the first permesso di soggiorno. Can she go and cam back with the receipt of the permesso di soggiorno. Her visa too 'll expire in November. Please wat should she do? Pls help mi. Thank you .

Hello Abyna

Her visa is still valid until November so she can travel but tell her to come back before the visa expires at least 2 or 3 weeks before expiry. The permesso receipt is of not much use because she is using her visa but she can show them if they ask for it. Just remind her to come back before the visa expires otherwise everything will just go down the drain.
