Hi, any one hu can help me..ive work here in oman for almost 3month as barber.and some good apportunity came.i applied to a retail company.and then hired me..but i need to get a noc..but my current employer asking me to pay the releasing of my noc..do i need to shoulder that or my new company will pay them..thank u to any one hu can help me..

No that is illegal, you do not need to pay anything, but he may not be giving noc then you have to go back. this all mutual arrangement don't bring to public
