A couple are currently knocking on doors, offering to vaccinate your dogs against "seasonal diseases".

My friends Wife fell for this, and her two dogs died, so please be very careful. Better to rely upon the excelleny UK trained Vet in Thao Dien

My problem is someone keeps stealing my dogs once I fatten them up.  Had the *** spayed so I wouldn't lose any more puppies, then they stole her. I gave up, started raising snakes.

Another current news item is that owners will be required to put their dogs on a leash and muzzle them, or face a fine of up to 800,000 dong.

Might slow him down a bit, but he will get bigger, then lazier, doesn't do anything for the disposition, some dogs get mean after neutering, they can't figure out what is "missing", then some if done early enough mellow out. thanks.gif

I have a Dazer II I carry around in my backpack pocket, works pretty good against  barking, aggressive, dogs.  Won't deter an actual attack (I haven't tested it for that, hope I never have too)  Bought it in Thailand on Amazon.com, they might ship to Vietnam as well:    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0huQcJhutM

I am living part time in Thailand, and there are soi dogs running all over the place, its funny to watch them after pressing the button, its all 'tails n paws trying to get away.  Its a frequency we can't hear, but hurts their ears and they run away.   big_smile.png
