Hello,
I am looking to pick up a power converter from 230 to 120 for a small device with a motor in it. It draws 14W. Does anyone have a suggestion on where is Sofia I could pick one up?

Try the Technopolis as a start, if they do not have it, then check a specialized shop, there's on Hristo Botev close to the crossroad with Pirotska. They will either have it, or can order it for you, or will direct you to s.o. that sells such.
