Legal Work Canda

Hey,
I work as a legal clerk in a gov agency in Ireland, mostly family law.  I have also years of experience in family law, civil, conveyancing and litigation.  I am wondering what kind of work would be available for me in Canada.
I'm a single mom to a 6 year old, I would love to save to buy my own house but I can't save when rents are so high in Ireland.
Can anyone offer some solid advice.
K

Hi Luckcharms,

you should browse through the official website and see what job could land you a visa/work permit : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.asp

All the best,
Bhavna

Law and its practice are structured differently in Canada. However, the English provinces have many similarities to ireland.  For a job, look to that industry

As for home purchases, you are required to place a down payment of 5-10% on any house purchase.
