My Great Grandfather and Great Grandmother are both born in Mauritius , am i eligible for a Mauritian citizenship.
I am born in South Africa.
I hope someone can assist me.

Unfortunately the answer is negative .
One of your parents must be Mauritian by birth ( born on the island)
BY DESCENTA person born outside Mauritius is a citizen of Mauritius under section 20(3) and 23 of the Constitution if either of his parents is a citizen of Mauritius by birth.
or check the registration of Commonwealth citizens section to see if it will be applicable to you in the future

Unfortunately not eligible. As last reply was - either one of your parents needed to be born on the island. So, basically, first line descendants only!
