Considering a move to Bangkok

Hi everyone!

I'm currently visiting for about six weeks, but seriously considering a move to Bangkok. Both of my parents are Thai and I'm fluent, but haven't spent much time in Bangkok as my extended family lives in Loei.

I'd ideally like to meet some folks who are living in Bangkok to get a feel for what I may be looking forward (or not looking forward) to.

Let's see...about me: I currently live in Los Angeles, went to school at UCLA, can speak a few languages - Thai, Laotian and Spanish, I love the outdoors, riding motorcycles, exploring new places and meeting new and interesting people.

If anyone would be interested in showing me the ropes in Bangkok...I'll buy you a beer.
