You need to have at least 5years stay in Belgium before you can apply for Belgian citizenship.

I have been here for less than a year. One thing I'm sure is that Belgium is one of the highest tax in Europe. Social security and health insurance is deducted on your salary. If you are living in Flemish part you can attend an integration there you will be able to understand more about Belgium or on how everything works. But since you are in French part integration is not compulsory but you can always try.
