Use Google; there are several badminton clubs in Breda that will be able to help you.

I checked all. No club gives you training. But u can book a court and play, this kind of facility available. And I can also access clubs in Rotterdam and den hauge central. If anyone can help with any information in these places,that would be great help.

I think it strange that there are no clubs to teach badminton.
Maybe you used wrong keywords or they misunderstood you.
Breda is not a small place where you can't find any.
Unless you're not looking for training but only to play.
