If the first is as quoted, it's all over the internet as a scam.

Thanks for the response, i have had no request for payments, all that was said is that all expenses acquired on my side will be reimbursed. I was only asked to complete the following:

FILL AND SIGN BELOW AS ACCEPTANCE TO OUR OFFER AND EMAIL IT BACK TO US;
EMPLOYEE SIGN: …………………………… ……………………………
MOBILE: …………………………………….…………………………….
ADDRESS: ……………………………….….……………………………
PASSPORT NUMBER: ………………………………………………..
NATIONALITY: ……………………………………………………….

Nothing else or any money was asked for...

The scam comes when you've been hooked.
Still, your cash.

I have been offered a job in Abu Dhabi by Abu Dhabi Modern High School. Is this a legitimate job offer?

JOB REFERENCE No: ADMHS/197/2019/027

This is the second time I received similar job offer

If you get offers for jobs you didn't apply for, you can guarantee it's a scam.
To prove this just accept it the post the return email asking for money.

That will hopefully warn other readers.
