I am starting veterinary school in August and moving from Los Angeles with my husband and our three dogs. I was hopping I can get some feedback from you.
My husband's line of work is in IT - data base administrator. What is the beat way for him to find a job? Any recommendation? Recruitment Agencies? How is the job market there?
I believe the school of veterinary is in the West End, can you make recommendation as where to live? Close approximation to public transport.
Do you find it easy to find landloards that are willing to rent out their property to pet owners? Are there any specific web sites for finding pet friendly properties?
Thank You in advance for your response. I am excited and looking forward to the move but a bit nervous too.

Lucky you, the West End is an excellent part of the city. Lots to do, beautiful architecture and so much to see!

Hi. I too live in Los Angeles and I am moving with my husband and 3 cats to Edinburgh because he is starting a masters program. Sounds like we have a lot in common! That's the great thing about Scotland being so small, Edinburgh is only about 45 minutes away from Glasgow by train so you guys will have no problem meeting up!
