Insurance and ownership of car

Hi All - hoping soembody can help. Our parents live in spain, and our father has recently passed away. Mother doenst drive and doesnt have a driving license. We want to keep the car in Spain so that family members can use it when they arrive. Previously the car was registered and insured in fathers name. Any idea what needs to be done, or what can be done ?

I would suggest you get in touch with a gestor and ask them (if you need to find one google gestor and the name of the town).

It is not exactly straightforward but can be done.

I think you will need to put the car in one person's name but a gestor can advise
