Hello!

Does anyone know whether it is highly unrealistic to be able to find somewhere to rent that is a furnished studio/flat close to toulouse centre with air-conditioning? I would have a budget of ~€650/month.
From searching around, it seems air conditioning is fairly rare! Unless they just arent lisiting it, but I assume they would.

Hi Clare,
I would say for that price range it is unlikely, though not impossible to find a place around city centre, furnished and air-conditioned. There are very limited furnished apartments, and even less that are air conditioned in city center. Because of this the prices are often over 1,000/mo.

I used locaday to find my apartment and they will list air con if it is in teh apartment.
