Hi , I am new to Bahrain, i came on 7th August, but now i have better Job opportunity in Oman, my medical is still not done and it's due in November, My question is can i leave Bahrain without informing my employer and will there be any problem at airport, i have not taken any salary from my employer, only my company gave me Hotel stay for 6 days...if i inform my employer he will never allow me to leave.. so i am planning to leave without informing my company....please advise if there will be any problem

While leaving send him your note. He will cancel your employment visa anyway.

ok so you mean to say is I can leave and message him from my Home country?? can my employer file any lawsuit against me??..i haven't got my CPR (which is issued only after medical is done here)i just have 2 Years visa sticker on my Passport

Should be not problem. No case will be filed against you but financial issue if any might be subject to case if not solved.
