Profession changing in iqama

I have already done all these prerequisites.

I have a VALID SCE MEMBERSHIP.
I have paid all the bills.
I have already uploaded all my related documents.

But my JAWAZAT and YAQEEN has a RED Cross.

I am trying to contact SCE via phone but they are not attending my calls.
And are not responding to my calls.

How to update JAWAZAT and YAQEEN?

Did u get any update regarding this, please let me know.

I have requested to MOL for change my profession by sponser since 15 days but upto now that is showing waiting to response from MOI. Can anyone advise me ?

Procedure which I followed and changed my profession successfully (absher & iqama)

1. Upload attested engineering degree and pay 500 riyals registration fee
2. Once degree auditing is completed you will receive sadad link to pay membership fees which will be dependent on the number of years selected by you during registration.
3.After paying fee your membership will become valid on the same day.
4. Now go to SCE Olaya branch and take an introduction letter from the kiosk which you need to present to your Mandoop to request your online profession change request. If it is requested before 12noon you will get same day sms by 8pm that your profession is changed.
5. call 9200 20820 and explain the operator that you have valid membership and profession is changed to engineer. while speaking yaqeen will be marked as green(this happened with me)
6.He/She will advise you to update jawazat (on profile page you will have option to update non engineering to engineering profession)  click that and it will ask to raise request where you need to enter iqama number and copy of updated iqama
7. In couple of hours you will receive 100 riyal payment sadad id once paid your jawazat will turn green.

I did like this .. but after paid 800sar they request my Dataflow. I'm applying as technician

you need to take the membership of Saudi council of Engineers. then at the time of iqama renewal you can ask your HR to change your profession. some  time to change the profession option is off and some times on. this you need to arrange or well coordinate through HR absher system.

Respected Mr. Rizwan Dear I have one quarry as My Iqama Profession is Electrical Technician, and I have technician permanent member ship until 2022, during the registration I had been submitted my diploma, and got the membership.

But also I have Degree already attested and I want to upgrade From technician to Engineer so what is the right process and how to upload the certificates please answer.

Can any one update me, my profession in Iqama is computer programmer and education certificates are not matching with this, I was trying to change the profession through HR, but they are saying that it is not possible to change the profession now for the computer programmer, Please update me , now can I renew the iqama now and change the profession to suitable with my certificates.

They asked me to change my profession to Draftsman.
Should i change it through my current sponsor?
Or the second company can do it when they take my transfer?

I am a Network Engineer in a healthcare Industry. I have bachelors in commerce degree and CCNP qualification. My current profession in iqama is IT Technician. Now to register my profession, i don't have bachelor's degree related to my profession but my certification is related to it. does anyone know if I can still get my profession verified on iqama on the basis of my certification. if not, then is there any other solution for this problem? Please need urgent help on this issue.

My profession is building technician and I don't have related certificates at the time on registration im upload my b.com graduation and last sept my membership expired and can't renew, from last feb 2020 to still im in India due to travel ban, I need to change my profession for iqama renewal,bt HR said j must be Saudi for profession change,  we don't have any exemption? How can I change my profession? My iqama & sce both are expired,  kindly advise

Only company owner or HR can use muqeem because that website is only for companies.

Can anyone update me if changing profession from technician to Engineers are open? If yes, does it require degrees attested from Saudi culture too? As per SCE he made my membership permanent since they found it real not fake (without attestation)

Do you have got SCE certificate?

Not yet, yesterday I went to SCE office. The guy was checking my transcript and degree and after 5 min he said your account is Active now, just renew it. I renewed it for 2 years and all went smooth. I believe certificate will be available after 2-3 months

It is always better to have attested documents.
Please send your documents home and have them attested.
Because SCE will cross check your data with your institution and the company involved in the process can reject it due to attestation problem.
Mostly they ignore it once approved by the SCE but sometimes they do reject it and ask for attestation.
You will get your certificate in 30 days if everything goes smoothly.

Change of profession is not open now , this what I know from my GRO.
But why u want to change it?

Yes you can do it in SCE website. Login to your SCE profile. Scroll down to Electronic Services tab, you can see "to update engineering profession". Click that link and make request to change your profession to Electrical Engineer.

Still I am unable to change my profession. I think, we have to go first to Labour office .

Fix  an appointment with CSE online, and get clear information from them.

Hello Everyone! I've one quick question and looking for some valid suggestions to cope with. I've recently got an offer from the one of the prestigious organization in KSA. I'm actually waiting for the visa process to complete.
However, my Bachelor of engineering certificate was issued in 2009 and it was kept in the plastic memo cover till then, but when I opened it I could see that the little bit of ink came out and stuck to the plastic memo cover and but photograph is half visible and the remaining half is stuck to the plastic memo cover.
Though recently I've got HRD stamped on my certificate with the same condition. Could anyone help me out with this condition of the certificate am I able to get the visa from the saudi embassy?

I've got the offer based on my bachelor engineering certificate.

For issuing an engineer visa, your eng certificate is not required for your employer.
For endorsing visa in saudi embassy the agent may ask you valid certificates attested from saudi embassy and cultural attestation.
For that you need ask your employer to provide you chamber attested offer letter with visa copy.

The agent will guide you step by step process and after landing its different processes for re- verification of your certificate with Saudi engineering council. 
A better quality of scan copies are enough for that,no one will see your hard copies.
