why the organisations pay workers on the basis of theire nationalities,even if some developing countries workers are more talented compared to developed countries ?
Different nationalities have diffirent salary ?

The mentality here and one probable reason is that they will get better pay back home and don't really have the incentive to work here

Cuz people from the developed countries will never even think of working in this place if the high salary incentive won't be there !!

Hi,
Simply because the saving power is not equivalent. Cost of living is higher in Europe than in Asia without talking about real estate back home.
So a westener needs to count the savings in HIS own country because at the end of the day it is the major reason why he/she is working is KSA.
Another factor is that a westernen needs to be "more" motivated than a middle-easterner or an asian to come to KSA as Life style is completely different from his/her own country.
Of course qualifications have nothing to do with nationality but I think it is fair.
