I just arrived in Okayama-shi.. Is here any foreigner living around higashi area now?
For me its not easy as I dont speak Japanese language and get a bit difficulty as all directions in Japanese letters (ex : hiragana, katakana or kanji) and peoples here I think more than 90% speaking only in Japanese language.
My suggest is get a japanese language school, cos I will do it soon. Its really not easy to live here if you only can speaking english. My life a lil bit easier here cos my husband is a japanese so I can ask him anytime.
