I would like to know if anyone knows the proper procedure required to ship my 3 cats as luggage instead of cargo for a flight to the Philippines. I am planning on moving there soon to marry and live with a wonderful woman. I currently reside in the state of Michigan in the USA.

Why not get rid of your pets before moving to the Philippines.
You can get new pets over there, real easy.
