Thinking of moving to Australia - what should I do?

Hi, I am a Jamaican who is currently going through the process of obtaining my greendcard in the US through work. I was thinking about moving to Australia and wondered what steps should I take. My citizenship is Jamaican.

I've found two jobs at the University of Melbourne and I am thinking of applying for them. I have a masters degree in public health and I have 6 years of experience serving as both a member and as an analyst for an ethics committee.

Can anyone guide me?
