I am Anik Basak, I will be graduated in electrical and electronics by next week , i am an electrical and electronics engineer.Looking for job by starting of September and any suggestion would be highly appreciate-able.I have work experience in Digital marketing ,IT ,Server maintenance, Web and CRM.
how about the scope for a electrical and electronics engineers in Malaysia and work permit possibility ?

There are unlikely to be any obs for foreigners in IT hardware and without work experience you would not be able to get a job offer because of immigration requirements. Software engineering is a better field to be in.
