If I gain temporary /provisional residency in the dr.am I still able to leave and come back to USA once a year and back to the dr.??? To be able to come home if there is an emergency for a week or two and then head back to the dr.

Would anybody even want to live in a country if it were not allowed to leave it? Where do they do that again, maybe north korea, the old soviet block, formerly Cuba did that too.
