Hi,hoping to build a luxury 5 bed rooms with 5 attached bathroom bunglow in Nuwaraeliya.
It will be an upstair house with two pantry kitchens for two units,wooden ceiling, wooden floors , granite tops for bathrooms and kitchen tops and imported bathroom fittings ,solar and electric hot water systems.
Will be about 400 square feet.
Can u pls advice me a rough cost per square ?
feet for a super luxury home?
