Hello everyone....Just wondering how the housing market is doing in Belize???? How is it comparing to the US and Canadian market??
Is there an over abundance of listings?

Teri, I am a real estate agent in the US and it is area specific to how bad the market is. My area is down 20-25% from 2005. I also own in Belize and see values in certain location growing. I can share more specifics if you wish. Thanks Steve
