We are a mature couple, aged 60, looking to rent an apartment for over 1 year, with communal pool in the Arguineguin, Patalavaca or Playa Del Ingles area. We are very fit so stairs and hills not a problem. We prefer quieter areas with no pubs near. We currently live in Playa Del Cura but the complex is full of Canarians who don't have inside voices and want to stay up all night. We are not ruddy duddies but we do like it quiet after midnight.

Budget is €550 per month but willing to stretch to €600 for the right apartment.

Are there any other good areas down South of the island which would be good to live?
