I'm Farant from Indonesia. I am wondering if i could open small restaurant that sell authentic Indonesian meatball soup in Jerman. Does anyone has any idea how to start it?
Unfortunately, i don't have any Germany resident permit and another legal.

There are very few Indonesian restaurants in Germany.
But limiting yourself to only one kind of dish (meat ball soup) will diminish your chances of success. People who go out to eat in Germany expect variety (and since very few actually know Indonesian cuisine, you might have to offer Chinese as well).
Also, in case you are Muslim (as your username suggests) and strict in these matters: No restaurant in Germany can survive without serving beer and wine.
