Loads of things to visit, see and do in Bahrain.
Depends on time available and personal preferences.
The link give above is pretty good. In addition to those listed, you can also drive down the Causeway upto the "border" island.
The First Oil Well, the Tree of Life, the numerous forts, Al Fateh Grand Mosque, Bait al Quran and the National Museum are must sees if you have time.
