Bringing a car to Malta for 6 months as a tourist and selling it

Hi everyone,

I am planning to visit Malta on a regular basis as a tourist for around 6 months and I was wondering am I allowed to bring a car to Malta and let say sell it at the end of the 6 months?

I don't do this as a business and for me it will make more sense to sell it in Malta instead of paying again £700-800 to bring the car back to UK. Do I have to make an insurance here or need to extend my UK one?
