Were your professional qualifications recognised in Wales? What country did you complete your qualifications in? What profession are you in?
Did you have to go through any formalities to get your qualifications recognised, such as to have them translated?
If your qualifications weren't recognised, were there any additional tests or exams you had to complete before you were able to practice your profession in Wales or continue with your studies?

I have to go through UK exams and qualification to work in Wales. My foreign qualification which i obtained from Pakistan was good enough for doing fellowship exams and subsequent training in UK. You should check the universities in UK if they will recognize your degree for further education and training. If you want to work here then you need local or European degree or diploma. Best of Luck
