My brother' 3 months e-visa/ visit visa got expired above 25 days , Now he wants to return back to India. so what is the procedures and fine for this situation??

Hi,
First of all he should have never overstayed or you should have extended his visa, overstaying can have an impact next time you apply for a visa. I would suggest you to visit NPRA near the bait al quran building and pay all the related fees and then let him travel.
