Curious if anyone in Manizales knows of General/Family Doc that they recommend.
English speaking def not a requirement
-willingness to receive payments via cash or credit card is def mandatory.

Clinica de la Presentacion is another solid option, openly welcome cash payments and bonus points for having nuns walking the halls.

Both have urgent walk in services and I have now visited both to confirm that you can simply just show up with no insurance and it won't be an issue.
