I have completed my contract 2 years and renew again for two years now i want exit from my company, can i get exit please help me because i have good from other company but my company not giving me transfer. I asked for exit they are asking to pay 7500 SAR. I asked why need to pay 7500 SAR HR said why did u renew your contract, Can any 1 help me.

As per the Saudi Labour rule, you have to inform them before 60 dayss if you dont want any loose money from your company.. You have to write letter of advice and mention your exit date.. Dont forget to make 2 copies and keep one of them with you. And when that day reached you can request to transfer to new company.. If they dont accept still, you can go to Saudi Labour and take action.
