As a foreigner, please notice in mind that you are only allowed to buy property in a development or compounds. Therefore, there is no way you can get a land. You can get a townhouse or a villa in a compound so you can use the inside facility.

You can search for Swan Bay city (before is Dai Phuoc lotus).
