The costs are tiny to companies of the nature you're talking about so the only issue is proving the applicant has skills unavailable from Indonesian citizens.

Building is still on a high here but concrete sales have been slowing and there are a lot of new places unoccupied as the demand declines.
Whole rows of shops and some newer housing estates are mostly empty as prices are at crazy levels but wages have no risen to suit, that meaning buying is either impossible or you need to be mad to buy anything in some areas.
Local buying or renting are going bust at an alarming rate because the income from their trade simply can't cover the loan/rental costs.

Blocks of flats are going up like crazy at the moment because the units are cheap.
