Hi,
So i was wondering of someone could tell me if my single holiday pay is also cut if i started working last year in June ?
I got my double pay cut(which i expected) and i got my full single holiday pay(to my surprise).
I was told that normally you get only a part of both and now i am a bit confused.
Can someone help me with this issue ?

May be ask your employer's HR or payroll folks ? (If you did, what is their feedback ?)
