Hey

Can you help me about training and cost agreement can employee will pay the amount mentioned in agreement without finishing contract

Below is the agreement detail

In consideration of the employer meeting the cost of the training which are set out in the schedule to this agreement bud 1000 the employee undertakes to reimburse to the employee the cost if.

He / she voluntarily agrees to be loyal to the employee and continus with the employee for 6yr to return the costs with the employee service and upgraded skill

Hi,

This is totally dependent on the employer, if you have not honored the terms of the contract the employer could ask you to pay for the training cost spent on you, how much would you have to pay i dont think anyone could tell.
