My name is Huyen from HCM city, Vietnam. I will be moving to KL for work in 12 months. I'd like to ask for your advice in the tight budget of 1500 Ringgit/moth, what options of renting i could have in KL? I'm thinking of share 2 bedroom apartment, not far from center (office is in Jalan Tun Razak)

If your housing budget is RM 1.5k, it will get you a room (probably a Master en-suite) in a good quality condo close to KLCC. If you take a look at www.ibilik.my and search on KLCC or other appropriate keywords, hopefully there will be a lot of results. The rental market is very much in the favour of the tenant at the moment with lots of property available which keeps the prices keen (but you must bargain). Please take a look at the property section of mudah as well. In addition join internations as you will find some offers there and agents who can help you. Jalan Tun Razak is an extremely long road passing through a lot of different housing areas.
