Hi every one my name is Gonzalo Ferdinand,
I've little problem, one of my clients have company registered on Malta and he want to sell his services to the company registered in Great Britain.
Should he sell the services including VAT tax or without it?
Provision of this services will be in Great Britain..

Suggest you ask an accountant and read http://europa.eu/youreurope/business/va … dex_en.htm as it's quite complex
but in general if both parties are VAT registered and the invoices comply with rules stating place of services being offered etc, VAT numbers etc, you zero rate it.
