Supporting documents required for Residence permit or Work permit

After your application has been made and have the appointment date and time for your interview to attend, the next most important step is to prepare your supporting documents that will finalize your process.

The following set of supporting documents are required for first-time and renewal residence permit and work permit applications. During the first time application appointment date and time, you will hand submit your documents to the Migration office. For residence permit renewal documents are uploaded into the renewal application system and no appointment or interview is required.

The purpose of providing below documents is to show the government, that during your stay in Turkey you have medical insurance coverage for hospital costs during any illness or accident. The rental contract means that you have an apartment or home to stay in and not will not be sleeping on the streets. The bank statement is to show that you will be able to support yourself and equal to monthly minimum wage index. These three important documents are a must to finalize the residence permit, final process at interview in Turkey.

Do I need to purchase insurance for my kids as well? they are all under 18.

Thank you in advance!

not a condition. no need.

Hello! I am planning to apply for a family residence permit. My husband doesn't work during winter, so I believe we cannot show the proof of monthly income. Can we show instead a bank statement? Thank you in advance!

Sure. The bank statement would be the best to show as income.

My policy is from Mexico and in spanish, does it work for this purpose?
