how easy it is to get Registration Card (Regisztrációs kártya) and an Address Card (Lakcímkártya) for British Citizen moving in Budapest? When do I have to apply for it?

Apparently you can get it the same day, assuming you have the correct documents and are an EU citizen already. http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/re … dex_en.htm
