Hi everyone! I am moving to Madrid in August and I am looking to rent an apartment starting beginning or mid July. The budget is max 650 EUR/month.
My company has offices in Alcobendas, close to Ronda de la Comunicacion metro station so I am looking to have no more than 40-45 minutes commuting time.

Could anyone advise me of areas to avoid/areas that are more affluent/good areas to live, etc.?
