Hi Bhawana,

Thanks for writing back on my post and I really appreciate that you have taken out time for replying on my post and giving me opportunity to let you know my work area.

I have done Bachelor's Of Commerce (Hons.) from North Eastern Hill University – Shilliong (India) with Financial Accounting as my specialization. I have 9+ years of experience in shared service business units, Banking & finance and Payroll Administration & Management.  I had started my career with Bank of America where I was working as a Team Developer for more than 5 Year and got the chance to learn and develop my communication skills with clients and third parties, team handling, analysis and research and got proficient in Excel and MS office. After then I got an opportunity to work as Financial Analyst with my present organization where I have gained details knowledge of GL, reconciliation, supplier ledger, cash flow, forecasting and preparing financial report for GEO business and later was promoted as International payroll specialist where I have opportunity to enhance my payroll management knowledge and skills and payroll calculation and expertise myself in HRIS tools. Besides work experience I participated extra-curricular activities and in a great range of social activities for a good cause and being responsible towards our society and it provided me with invaluable organizational, public communication and leadership skills.

Great. Next step for you: find out what SSCs are in budapest and check their career sites.

Hi,

I have checked all the multinationals companies career page and applied for few but there response is always negative even the job description and skill required for the job is exactly matching with my CV. It seems they don't accept and promote abroad hiring until u have internal connection there.

Try MOL Hungary, the largest oil and gas co here, they have the initiative to be international.
Linkedin has many great jobs.
But you are right, it is not easy to come to work in Hungary from abroad other than the EU.
The EU organisations may offer opportunities, they have agencies in many EU cities, if Hungary is not your only option. For interviews they will pay your airfare and accommodation. Once in Europe already, it will be easier to find options. Good luck!

I have checked MOL Hungary. But there are no jobs available as per my profile. So they won't be even considering my resume.

It takes time. They say it takes cc 6 months for Hungarians to find the right job. Hungary is of 10 m people only, Budapest is not a huge hub like London. Work it.

Yeah thats true !!! but I heard if someone have connections internally who can refer you than its easier and chances are high to get them.

Interpersonal connections are indeed helpful. But those also take time to cultivate and develop, and doing this normally require being here (really can not be done from abroad).

The route to Budapest may be circuitous, especially for someone outside the EU. I suggest to spread your resume even wider than just Budapest or Hungary. For example, maybe you will find a job in Italy. Take that job, but keep looking for jobs in Budapest. And maybe a Hungarian company will offer you a job, but in Pécs. Take that job, but keep looking for jobs in Budapest.
