If you exported your car to Belarus, were there any formalities that needed to be completed beforehand? What were they?
What is the best way to export your car? Is there a limit on the number of vehicles, or perhaps the age of the vehicle? Are there limits on emissions or emission controls in Belarus?
What are the expected costs of exporting a car? In your opinion, is it worth it?
Once you arrived in Belarus, what were the applicable taxes? What was the customs process like?
How do you go about registering an imported car in Belarus?
Is it best to buy a car once you have arrived or to bring your car with you, in your opinion?

If u bring foreign car in Belarus u need to pay taxes on the road, u need to buy device from which will be taken money, or u'll pay fine 100 eur. But this matter if u drive outside the city. If u buy car here and u don't have belarussian green passport it will be registered till u have visa and then every time u need to prolong this registration. But no taxes on the road.
To import car u need to pay taxes, u can find in official site. If u have green passport or u are going to get it u can import one ur vehicle taxes free, but u need to own it at least half year.
