I want to start a car import company in Vietnam but would like to know if it's better to form a foreign owned subsidiary in Vietnam or start a new import company in Vietnam as a new entity?
Does anyone have experience or knowledge of which method is better? What are the Vietnam corporate tax laws like? High taxes?
