You should check out this site for visa information and applications www.immi.gov.au
There is a skills list of jibs that require people.
Try contacting the nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate to you.
To be honest you would find it very difficult to get a job as locals would get them before anyone else.
Cost of living is high, you would need your own medical insurance too.
You may be able to get a working holiday visa.
