If you are a living on a long term visa do you rate any benefits when you are a 75 year old senior (discounts) and handicapped. I am poor with French and cannot get any information.

Montpellier and Sète (and I assume others) have discounted bus/tram passes for 60+. SNCF has a discount card you can buy - something like 60€/yr for 50% off tickets.
