I assume that as you list that are you from Lagos, Nigerian is your citizenship status? If so, then you will need to apply for a visa with a Letter of Invitation (LOI) issued by a Kazakhstan tour operator.
There are a number that cannot issue an LOI for citizens of various West African countries.
