Property Management companies in PR

Hi there!  I did a search and didn't find any topics/post/recommendations. 

We are buying a place in Palmas del Mar and I wanted to get some suggestions on property management companies that service that area.  I have already contacted a few thanks to Google but I wanted to know if anyone has some personal experiences and recommendations.  This is our first rental property and we want to make sure we do this part right.  Confused at how you pick one when comparing what they do and what they offer.  I'm uneducated on how rental pools/programs work.
