Hi! I am a nurse worked in a private clinic before.I leave kuwait march 2016 and the old company didnt cancel my visa and work permit. They told me they will cancel it once I leave the country. December 2016 another hospital hire me but when I reached kuwait We found out that the work permit from old company was still existing,the new company cannot proceed with my residency. We went to shuon to file a complain and the old company immediately cancel the old work permit. Now my problem is the old company dont want to give NOC to transfer my license as a nurse. Any suggestions on what should I do? Thanks
