I am an emergency medicine physician assistant from the US. I am hoping to move to Santa Marta. It looks like this many be near impossible for me to continue my career in healthcare as a PA. Does anyone who lives there have any suggestions?

Yes they have hospitals.. most expat say the Medical sysem generally is better than in the US.

Yes they hire only Colombians

Yes many Colombian doctors are foreign trained
